You get your first two sessions free so that you can try the sport properly and see if you like it, then it's just £3.00 per session after that. The best thing really is to come along and give it a go and see if you like it, and because it's free to try, you've got nothing to lose! All adults (16+) welcome. Don't worry if you don't know anything about the sport, we'll teach you all you need to know!

EVERYONE is welcome, regardless of experience, fitness or playing ability, and whether you want to play matches in League MK or the Oxfordshire league, or whether you would rather just train.
